DILL

Dill is a renowned spice plant with aromatic scent. It is easily bred in gardens, and best grown in sunny areas. It may be planted several times during the year, however, the best flavour is achieved before flowering and in May and June. Its may grow to one meterhigh. Its fernlike leaves are during the processing separated from stems and stalk. It is broadly used in the food preparation, and most often for sprinkling cooked dishes, or pickles in which case the stem is used as well.
